If you would like to delete your Pogee account and associated personal data, please send an email to hello@pogee.ai using the email address linked to your Pogee account.
Please include the following information:
- Your registered email address or phone number
- A short request such as “Please delete my Pogee account”
After we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion request.
Data that will be deleted:
- Account profile information
- Login information
- User-generated content associated with your account, where applicable
- App usage data associated with your account, where applicable
Data that may be retained:
- Records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial compliance purposes
Retention period:
Deleted account data will generally be removed or anonymized within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
